Steaming & Parboiling Unit

Our rice steaming machine is perfectly designed to increase head rice yield, reduce product breakage, and produce consistently high-quality rice. Effective hulling and separation performance with an emphasis on maximizing head rice yield for maximum profitability. Processed soft water from a water treatment facility is used in the parboiling process. The facility features specifically made soaking bins with sophisticated water temperature controllers based on sensors. In terms of preventing the emergence of undesirable odors and guaranteeing the grain is processed hygienically while maintaining its fragrance and perfume, the procedure is significantly better than the traditional ways. An integrated water treatment plant provides the soft water needed for the parboiling process.

Re-processing Unit

RE-PROCESSING UNIT Modern technology from China and Buhler is used in SWT Rice Mill’s state-of-the-art reprocessing facility. With the use of sensors, the online inflow and outflow operations are totally computerized.

The plants can produce more than 52 metric tons per hour. Our mill produces roughly 1250 metric tons per day in total. Numerous pre-cleaners, de-stoners, precision sizers, graders, paddy separators, de-huskers, magnets, and other equipment are available at the company. The plant, which occupies 4,00,000 square feet of land, is environmentally benign and completely shielded from external particle contamination.

The SWT Rice Mill has a number of color sorters and multisorters installed. The rice is cleared of glass fragments, plastic, granules, foreign objects, dust, damaged, discolored, and undesirable grain after passing through a number of sorting machines.

Agricultural Land & Husking Unit

We plant authentic Basmati rice through contractual farming in various parts of Pakistan, which is also utilized for RND purposes. This offers our company an advantage and increases our market share in our nation. The area of location is stretched at around 3,00,000 square feet. The plant can produce up to 750 metric tons.
